Welcome to Sunshine Coast Storage, we are the Sunshine Coast’s newest shipping container storage facility in Warana, having opened our doors in early 2023.
Our Warana premises is fully-secure, monitored 24/7 by CCTV security and accessible via your assigned container pod key.
We provide off-site and on-site storage container rental, a container self-pack service including transport to our premises, as well as relocation container transport services within a 250km range of our Warana location.
On-site Container Storage starts from $52 per week for 11m³ of space.
Off-site Storage Pod Rental starts from $25 per week for 20-foot containers.

Storage Container Hire just 6km Off the Sunshine Motorway
Our fully-secure, Sunshine Coast shipping container storage facility couldn’t be situated in a more convenient location. You’ll find us close to Lake Kawana, just 6km off the Sunshine Motorway, along Bearing Avenue, right off Nicklin Way.
If you’re coming southbound from the highway, continue along Kawana Way and turn left at the roundabout onto Metier Linkway to get onto Main Drive. And, then turn left onto Bearing Ave.
If travelling southbound along Nicklin Way, turn right onto Production Avenue, at the Office Works corner, and then left onto Bearing Ave. If you’re travelling northbound, turn left onto Main Drive, at the Warana Medical Centre corner and then right onto Bearing Ave.

Our Storage Company’s History
Our first storage facility opened in Narangba in September 2018. In response to the high demand received, we relocated our flagship facility, “North Brisbane Storage”, to a larger facility in Burpengary in June 2021, where it remains to this day. Then, as of 2023, we opened our second facility in Warana, to serve the Sunshine Coast community.

- Payments are monthly with just a 30-day notice required to vacate so you are only paying for the time you actually need to use our storage pods. This is a flexible, cost-effective solution ideal for short-term storage for people travelling, renovating, or moving house. Please note: a security deposit is necessary to finalise the last month of hire.
